About Workable

Washington natives, Kaare and Cody live near Carlton with their dogs Hank and Bojangles. All are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy spending their time skiing, biking, and hiking around The Methow and beyond.

By trade, Kaare is a commercial interior designer working remote from Twisp and traveling the country. She is a passionate and driven person who loves to bring people together, cook delicious food, and drink kombucha! She started Workable with a vision to help others in the community who need an office-type space, great wifi, and opportunities to expand their network locally and beyond.

Cody is mountain bike program manager and trail builder for Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance and Trans-Cascadia. He is organized, focused, and absolutely lives for the outdoors and all things two wheels! Cody is a great resource for proper trail building techniques, maintenance, and future guide services. He looks forward to seeing you at a trail work party soon or answering any bike related questions at Workable!
